Mighty K9 Testing and Quality: What Is Proven and What Is Not
Mighty K9 prints its ESS60 amount and calories, but no lab report or certificate of analysis has been published. The GMP badge names no certifier, and we do not know whether the brand holds the NASC Quality Seal. A mouse study found commercial C60 oils varied in quality (Grohn et al., 2021), so ask the order desk before you buy.

The short version
Is Mighty K9 tested by a third party?
We do not know, because no third-party lab report has been published. Some quality facts are on the label; the rest are badges and reference codes without proof behind them.
The table sorts every quality signal we could find into what you can check and what you cannot.
| Signal | What backs it | Can you check it? |
|---|---|---|
| ESS60 amount (1.6 mg per 2 mL) | Printed on the label panel | Read it, but not test it at home |
| Calorie content (16.2 kcal per serving) | Printed, marked "calculated" | Yes, on the label |
| Full ingredient list | Printed: three ingredients | Yes, on the label |
| Lab report or certificate of analysis | Not published | No |
| GMP badge | Brand artwork, no certifier named | No |
| "Manufactured in USA" badge | Brand artwork; label shows no origin | Ask the order desk |
| NASC Quality Seal | Unknown | Look for it on the bottle |
| Lot and CoA reference codes | Seller reference numbers | Only by phone |
C60 quality
Why does testing matter more for a C60 oil?
Because C60 oils sold online have been shown to vary. In a 2021 study, researchers bought commercial C60 olive oil products and found differences in C60 concentration, impurities and antioxidant activity (Grohn et al., 2021).
The same study found that C60 oil left in light for several days became toxic to mice. Pure, fresh oil kept dark did not. So two questions matter: how much C60 is really in the bottle, and how was it handled before it reached you?
A label number tells you what the maker intends. A lab report from an outside lab tells you what a sample actually held. For Mighty K9, we have the first and not the second.
The lab's name, the lot number tested, the test date, the method, the measured C60 per mL, and checks for impurities such as solvents. A code number alone is not a certificate.
The ESS60 ingredient profile covers what the studies found about C60 itself.
Regulation
Does the FDA test dog supplements like Mighty K9?
No. The FDA does not test or approve products like Mighty K9 before they are sold. U.S. law has no "dietary supplement" category for animals; a dog product is legally either an animal food or a drug (AAFCO, n.d. (food vs drug)).
The human supplement law, DSHEA, does not apply to animal products (FDA, 1996). Animal food labels must show the product name, net quantity, ingredients and the maker or distributor's name and place (FDA, n.d. (labeling and claims)).
The label images we have do not show a manufacturer or distributor name. That does not mean the bottle lacks one. It means you should check the physical label when it arrives. The Mighty K9 Guaranteed Analysis page types out everything the panel shows.
Badges
What do the Mighty K9 badges actually mean?
Most of them are brand artwork, not certificates. Each badge below comes with a plain note on what stands behind it.

A brand badge. No certifier, facility or audit report is named on the label images.

A brand badge. The label panel we have does not print a country of origin, so ask the order desk.

Matches the sales page: 30 days, empty bottles accepted, return shipping not included. A purchase policy, not a promise of results.

A brand illustration for mobility. Not a certification.

A brand illustration for joints and bones. Not a certification.

A brand illustration. Not a certification.

A brand illustration. It does not mean the product supports heart health.
Seals describe, they do not endorse. A badge with no named certifier, audit date or report number cannot be checked by a buyer.
GMP
Is Mighty K9 made in a GMP facility?
The brand shows a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) badge, but no certifier, facility or audit report is named. So the claim cannot be checked from the outside.
GMP means a set of rules for clean, controlled, documented production. A real GMP claim usually comes with the name of the group that audited the plant, or a facility registration. Those details are what turn a badge into evidence.
- Ask which company makes the product and where.
- Ask who audited the facility and when.
- Ask whether the audit covers pet products, not just human ones.

Order nowNASC
Does Mighty K9 have the NASC Quality Seal?
We do not know. Check the physical bottle for it, and ask the order desk if you do not see it.
The National Animal Supplement Council runs a voluntary seal program. To show the seal, a company must pass an independent audit, keep a written quality manual, track complaints and adverse events, follow labeling guidelines and accept random product testing (NASC, n.d. (Quality Seal)).
The seal is an industry program, not FDA approval. Many good products do not carry it, and the seal does not prove a product works. It does show that someone outside the company checked the quality system.

FAQ
Mighty K9 quality and testing FAQ
Is Mighty K9 third-party tested?
No third-party lab report has been published for Mighty K9. The label prints the ESS60 amount and calories, but no outside lab result is available to buyers. Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for a certificate of analysis for your lot.
Is Mighty K9 legit or a scam?
It is a real product sold through a real order desk with a 30-day money-back guarantee. That is different from proof that it works or that every bottle matches the label. No lab report is published, and no study has tested it in dogs.
Does Mighty K9 have FDA approval?
No. The FDA does not approve dog supplements before sale, and U.S. law has no dietary supplement category for animals. Mighty K9 is sold as a canine supplement, not as an animal drug, so it is not meant to treat any disease.
Where is Mighty K9 made?
The label images we have do not print a country of origin or a manufacturer. A brand badge says manufactured in USA. Check the physical bottle and ask the order desk which company makes it and where.
What is the NASC seal on dog supplements?
It is a voluntary quality seal from the National Animal Supplement Council. Companies must pass an independent audit, track adverse events and accept random product testing. We do not know whether Mighty K9 holds it, so look for it on the bottle.
How can I tell if a C60 oil is good quality?
Ask for a certificate of analysis from an outside lab, matched to your lot, showing the measured C60 per mL and impurity checks. Buy oil in dark glass, keep it out of light and heat, and return any bottle that smells rancid or looks wrong.
