"CoA" stands for certificate of analysis. A real one is a lab document with results. A CoA reference number only points to a document; it does not show you what the document says.

How do you check a Mighty K9 bottle when it arrives?
Check it before the first serving. It takes two minutes and gives you a record if anything is wrong.
The bottle should be a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber glass dropper bottle. The front should read Mighty K9, Canine Supplements, with "Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil," "Contains 100% ESS60" and "Bacon Flavor."
C60 oils are often darker than plain olive oil, so a deep color is not by itself a problem. A sharp, rancid or paint-like smell is.

Light and heat
Does light exposure damage C60 oil in shipping?
It can matter. In a mouse study, C60 in olive oil turned toxic after 4 to 8 days of light exposure, while fresh oil kept dark did not (Grohn et al., 2021).
A sealed amber bottle inside a box gets little light in transit. The bigger risk comes after delivery: a package left on a sunny porch, or a bottle kept on a bright windowsill.
- Bring the package inside the same day it is delivered.
- Store the bottle in a closed cupboard, away from the stove.
- Keep extra bottles in their box until you open them.
- Do not move the oil into a clear container.
Do not give oil that smells rancid or looks wrong. If your dog already had some and vomits, has diarrhea or stops eating, call your veterinarian.
