How do I give Mighty K9 with food, step by step?
Six steps that take under a minute at mealtime.
Shake gently and open
Swirl the closed bottle, then unscrew the dropper cap with the bottle upright.
Draw up 2 mL
Squeeze the bulb, dip the dropper, then release. The label lists a 2 mL serving. If the dropper has no marks, ask the order desk how full it should be.
Drip it onto the food
Drip the oil over a small part of the meal, not the whole bowl. A spoonful of wet food works well as a carrier.
Stir and serve
Stir so the oil coats the pieces. Serve the treated portion first.
Wipe and close

Can I give Mighty K9 directly into my dog's mouth?
You can, and the sales page says it can be given directly. Food is easier for most dogs, but a direct dose helps when a dog eats from a shared bowl or skips meals.
Veterinary teaching hospitals give the same advice for any liquid by mouth. Washington State University says to place the liquid in the pouch between the cheek and the back teeth, and to keep the head level rather than tipped back (WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital, 2022).
- Slip the dropper tip into the cheek pouch behind the canine tooth.
- Squeeze slowly over a few seconds so your dog can swallow as it goes.
- Stop if your dog coughs, gags or fights the dropper. Go back to food.

Go small first

Keep the bottle tightly closed, upright and away from light and heat. No storage directions appear on the label images we have, so this is general care for an oil, and the physical bottle comes first.
Light matters more than usual here. A mouse study found that C60 in olive oil became toxic to mice after it sat in light for several days (Grohn et al., 2021). Keep the amber bottle in its box or a dark cupboard, never on a sunny windowsill.

Before you start
When should I pause Mighty K9 and call the vet?
Pause the drops and call your veterinarian if your dog vomits, has loose stools for more than a day, stops eating or seems sore in the belly. Those signs matter with any high-fat food (Animal Medical Center, n.d.).
