Open the confirmation email from your purchase. The order ID is the first thing the order desk asks for. Search your inbox and spam folder for "Mighty K9" or "BuyGoods".

Gather every bottle
Collect all the bottles from the order: sealed, opened and empty. Close each cap tight and wrap the glass so it cannot break or leak.
Add a note
Write your full name, email, order ID and RMA number on a sheet of paper and place it in the box.
Mail it with tracking
